Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through energyfrac.com, operated by Alcon Inc.

30-Day Return Guarantee

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days after the order is delivered.

Products must be:

• Unused and in their original condition;
• Uninstalled, unassembled, unaltered, and undamaged after delivery;
• Returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components;
• Accompanied by an order number or other valid proof of purchase.

To begin a return, email anuellesleri@outlook.com with your order number, the product being returned, and the reason for the request.

Do not send a return to our business address or to the address printed on the package unless our support team provides written return instructions.

Free Return Service

Approved returns requested within the 30-day return period qualify for free standard return shipping.

We may provide a prepaid return label or another approved return method. Please contact us before purchasing return postage.

Express, premium, or unauthorized return shipping charges will not be reimbursed unless approved in advance.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact anuellesleri@outlook.com promptly.

Please include:

• Order number;
• Description of the problem;
• Photographs of the product;
• Photographs of the packaging, when relevant.

After review, we may provide a replacement, replacement parts, or a refund.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns may not be accepted for:

• Used, installed, assembled, or altered products;
• Products damaged through misuse;
• Personalized or customized products;
• Final-sale products;
• Gift cards or downloadable products;
• Products returned without original components or packaging.

This restriction does not limit rights required by applicable law.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer normally posts the refund within 3–7 business days after we issue it.

If the refund does not appear after 7 business days, please contact your financial institution and then email anuellesleri@outlook.com.

Taxes and Shipping Charges

Customers are not charged separate taxes, customs duties, or import fees by energyfrac for eligible orders.

Orders over US$30 qualify for free standard shipping. Optional expedited or premium shipping charges will be displayed before payment.
